President

Dustin Baker has over 15 years of experience in electrical and commercial construction. He is dedicated to the complete success of every project. His extensive electrical experience is invaluable to Tandem Electric, Inc. executive team. With him onboard, we are not only able to perform residential projects, commercial tenant improvements and provide elite electrical and data center construction services.

Ronald Baker

Founder

Ronald Baker has over 40 years of experience in the Electrical and
General Contracting Industry. Ronald co-founded Tandem in 1983 with his
partner Rich Shibata. In 2001 Ronald co-founded Zone 4 Power, Inc.
Ron’s background in the electrical industry includes the construction of
facilities improvements, AC & DC data centers, co-generation plants,
and corporate office headquarters.
